There Is No Night Without A Dawning Poem Verses

No winter without a spring
And beyond the dark horizon
Our hearts will once more sing ….
For those who leave us for a while
Have only gone away
Out of a restless, care worn world

About the poem

The poem also suggests that after the darkness of winter, spring always returns, which can be seen as a metaphor for the idea that even after loss, new life and hope can be found.

The Structure of Poem

The poem is structured in four lines stanzas, and the rhyme scheme follows an ABAB pattern. The first three lines of each stanza convey the idea that there is hope beyond the difficult times and that things will get better. The last line of each stanza suggests that the person who has passed away is now in a better place and is free from pain and suffering.
